Using this site means you accept these terms

If you use this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

These terms cover the website only. Buying material, picking it up at the yard, or having it delivered is arranged by phone, by text, or at the counter. What you agree to with us at that time applies to that purchase, and it controls if it says something different from these terms.

Prices and estimates

The site is information, not an order

Prices on this site are shown per cubic yard. They can change without notice. The price that applies is the one we confirm when you place your order.

Products and availability can change. Compost, mulch and soil are natural materials, so a load can look different from the photos on this site.

The soil calculator and the coverage helper on product pages give an estimate from the measurements you enter. Check your measurements, and ask us before you order if you are unsure how much you need.

The guides and articles are general information for Houston yards and gardens. They are not professional advice for your property.

Content

What you may do with the content here

The content on this site is owned by or licensed to Casco Organics. That includes the text, photographs, video, graphics, logos, and the design and layout of the pages.

You may read the site, print pages for your own reference, and share links to it.

You may not copy, republish or sell the content for commercial purposes, use our photographs or video in your own materials, or use our name or logo without our written permission.

Search engines and AI assistants may read the site as our robots.txt file allows. Other bulk copying of the site by automated means is not allowed. Do not try to interfere with the site, reach any part of it you were not given, or use it to spread harmful code.

The Google reviews quoted on this site are the words of the customers who wrote them.

Consent and location

The consent bar and the location check

When you first visit, the site asks our web server for your approximate location, worked out from your internet address. The answer is a country and, in the United States, a state. It does not use your device's location or GPS. The site uses it only to decide whether to show the consent bar.

Visitors from the European Union, the rest of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and California see the consent bar, and analytics do not load until they choose Accept. If we cannot tell where a visit comes from, the bar is shown. Visitors from other places do not see the bar, and analytics load.

You can accept or decline at any time with the Privacy choices link at the bottom of every page. A Global Privacy Control signal from your browser counts as Decline.

Links to other sites

Some pages link to sites we do not run, including Google and Bing maps and reviews, our Facebook page, and the Casco family of companies site. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information. A link is not an endorsement. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Warranty

The site is provided as is

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it. The site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that it is free of harmful components. Some places do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Liability

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Casco Organics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of this site or your inability to use it. That includes lost profits, lost data and business interruption, whether the claim is based on contract, tort or any other theory, and whether or not we were told such damages were possible.

Some places do not allow these limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Casco Organics and its officers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, that arises out of your use of this site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Law

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. Using the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
